I&amp;#8217;m really afraid of losing my motivation, because this is the longest I&amp;#8217;ve ever kept up my running streak, and I&amp;#8217;m not quite sure what comes next.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I visited my parents last weekend, who live in the middle of nowhere. So I went out running while there, and just kept going for at least twice as log as I&amp;#8217;m normally out for, because it was so scenic. I went past quite a few cows. So, maybe 4 miles, walking and running? More than I&amp;#8217;ve ever done.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But I haven&amp;#8217;t been out since, and I&amp;#8217;m really scared I&amp;#8217;m losing my gumption. Maybe I&amp;#8217;ll force myself to go tomorrow morning. &lt;/p&gt;

Usually when I take a walking break, it&amp;#8217;s because I can&amp;#8217;t breathe, but today I walked more than ran because my legs felt so shaky.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I was out drinking for a friend&amp;#8217;s birthday, and we didn&amp;#8217;t get in till 2. So running after a seven hour sleep really wasn&amp;#8217;t working for me.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I know a lot of people can throw around the phase &amp;#8220;Oh yeah, took it slow, only 3 or 4 miles.&amp;#8221; but for me, a mile is a big deal. It&amp;#8217;s a landmark. It&amp;#8217;s something that a month ago would leave me a wheezing mess on the sidewalk. But I&amp;#8217;m getting so close! &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;d give it a week. A week and I&amp;#8217;m there :)&lt;/p&gt;
