Yaaaay!
After a terrible 2-week hump in which (for no valid reason) I had not run at all, I went today! Go me! And my distance isn’t that much worse for wear, to boot.
Not feeling too shabby (other than the guilt of not going in ages).

Man. I’m really afraid of losing my motivation, because this is the longest I’ve ever kept up my running streak, and I’m not quite sure what comes next.
I visited my parents last weekend, who live in the middle of nowhere. So I went out running while there, and just kept going for at least twice as log as I’m normally out for, because it was so scenic. I went past quite a few cows. So, maybe 4 miles, walking and running? More than I’ve ever done.
But I haven’t been out since, and I’m really scared I’m losing my gumption. Maybe I’ll force myself to go tomorrow morning.
Ack, what a love-hate relationship.
